General rules
- This Privacy Policy describes how the owner of the online store Anoli Art Studio Ilona Kuzmina, reg. no. 28097811963, VAT reg. no. LV28097811963, reg. address: Izvaltas iela 6-43, Riga, Latvia, LV-1057 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Data Manager” or “We”) obtains, processes and stores personal data that Anoli Art Studio obtains from its customers and persons visiting the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subject” or “You”).
- Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, i.e. the Data subject. Processing is any operation which is performed upon personal data, such as collection, recording, alteration, use, consultation, erasure or destruction.
- The Data Manager complies with the data processing principles set out in the legislation and is able to confirm that personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation.
Collection, processing and storage of personal data
- We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when placing orders, filling out a contact form, via e-mail and other direct communication with you.
- The Data Manager obtains, processes and stores personally identifiable information primarily through the online store website and email.
- By visiting and using the services provided in the online store, You agree that any information provided is used and managed in accordance with the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.
- The Data Subject is responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided is correct, accurate and complete. Intentionally providing false information is considered a violation of our Privacy Policy. The Data Subject is obliged to immediately notify the Data Manager of any changes to the personal data provided.
- The Data Manager is not liable for any losses incurred by the Data Subject or third parties due to falsely submitted personal data.

- The Data Manager may process the following personal data:
-> Date of birth
-> Contact information (email address and/or phone number)
-> Trade data (purchased goods, billing/delivery address, payment information, etc.).
-> Any other information submitted to us during the purchase of services and goods offered on the website or when contacting us.
- The Data Manager has the right to verify the accuracy of the submitted data using publicly available registers.
- The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation:
b) the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
c) the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Manager is subject;
f) the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Manager or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the Data Subject which require the protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
- The Data Manager stores and processes the Data Subject's personal data as long as at least one of the following criteria exists:
-> as long as the Data Manager and/or the Data Subject can exercise their legitimate interests, such as filing objections or bringing or pursuing legal action in accordance with the procedures specified in external regulatory enactments;
-> as long as there is a legal obligation to store the data, such as under the Accounting Law;
-> as long as the Data Subject's consent to the relevant processing of personal data is valid, unless there is another lawful basis for processing personal data.
- Upon the expiry of the circumstances referred to in the previous paragraph, the period for storing the Data Subject's personal data also expires and all relevant personal data are irreversibly deleted from computer systems and electronic and/or paper documents containing the relevant personal data, or these documents are anonymized.
- In order to fulfil its obligations towards you, the Data Manager has the right to transfer your personal data to cooperation partners, data processors who perform the necessary data processing on our behalf, for example, accountants, courier services, etc. The Data Processor is the personal data Manager.
- Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore we transfer the personal data necessary for payment processing to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.
- If you place an order online with us and choose to pay by card or internet banking, you may be redirected to an SSL secure website operated by our trusted billing merchant (Maksekeskus AS), where you will be required to provide personal data (including your credit card information) to the merchant. The information you provide to Maksekeskus AS will be processed in accordance with its privacy policy (available at the bottom of the billing pages). We recommend that you familiarize yourself with such policy before making a purchase. Anoli Art Studio Data Manager will have access to your name, surname, company name, address and contact information, but will not have access to your credit card or payment account access data.
- In order to deliver your orders, we need to share necessary information with third parties - delivery companies:

- Upon request, we may transfer your personal data to state and law enforcement authorities in order to protect our legal interests, if necessary, by drafting, submitting and defending legal claims.
- When processing and storing personal data, the Data Manager implements organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure and any other unlawful processing

- Our website may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow links to websites that we do not control, you should review their privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions.

Final provisions
- This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
- The Data Manager has the right to make changes or additions to the Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. Amendments shall enter into force upon their publication on the website www.anoliartstudio.eu
