Returns and refund
- You have the right to return the ordered goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving the product.
- We remind that the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal (Article 12, Part Eleven of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia)

- If you decide you don't want the goods
- If the goods are damaged during delivery (in case of receiving damaged goods, please take a photo of the damage and contact us immediately)

How to return goods
1. Within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the product, fill in and send the cancelation form to the e-mail [email protected]
2. If you find that the goods are damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately (or as soon as possible) and submit proof of damage (photos) by sending them to the e-mail [email protected]
3. After submitting the cancelation form, no later than 14 days send us back the product to the address (Izvaltas iela 6 – 43, Riga, LV-1057, Latvia) or to a parcel machine (recipient: Ilona Kuzmina, +371 26448509, [email protected]):
- Unisend – Rimi Pakomāts, Prūšu iela 2B, Rīga
- DPD – Paku Skapis Mego Prūšu, Prūšu iela 2, 1057 RĪGA
- Latvijas Pasts – Rīga Prūšu iela Mego Rīgas 57. pasta nodaļa - Prūšu iela 2, Rīga, LV-1057

All expenses related to sending goods back are covered by the buyer, except for cases where the goods are returned because of damage during delivery or the received goods do not match the order.
4. If you wish to return an item that was damaged during delivery or an item that does not match the order, please note that we only compensate shipping costs in the amount corresponding to the cheapest shipping method offered in the online store to a specific country. If you choose a more expensive shipping method, we are not obliged to compensate for the excess shipping costs.
5. After receiving the returned goods or proof of return of the goods, we will refund the value of the goods and the delivery costs of the order (if all ordered goods are returned) no later than 14 days by transferring the money to the bank account specified in the cancellation form.
6. If you ordered multiple items but only want to return some of them, we will only refund the value of the returned items.
