How to buy

  • Select a product in the SHOP section and click the ADD TO CART button.
  • When all items have been added to the cart, open your "Cart". It is located in the upper right corner of the page.  
  • To place an order, click the CHECKOUT button in the cart.

The order page will be opened.

  • Fill in all required contact information.
  • Choose a delivery method. Choose a parcel machine address for delivery to a parcel machine (locker).
  • Choose a payment method. (At the moment, only one payment method "Wire transfer" is available. It will appear automatically.)
  • Accept the "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy", and press the CONTINUE button.

An order summary page with information about the ordered items, your contact information, delivery address and payment method will be opened.

  • Check the information.

  • If you need to change something, go back, make the corrections and the CONTINUE button.

  • If all information is correct, press the BUY NOW button.

If you choose to pay by invoice, a page will open with information about the purchase confirmation and a link to the invoice.

  • To view and save the preliminary invoice (order), press the VIEW INVOICE button.
  • You will also receive an automatic confirmation that your order has been received and and a link to the invoice for payment to your e-mail indicated in the order.
  • The invoice must be paid within 3 working days. If payment is not made within the specified time, the order will be cancelled.
  • Please, indicate the invoice (order) number in the comments of the payment order.


If you choose to pay by internet banking or card, you will be redirected to the selected internet banking page or to an SSL secure website, where you will need to provide your credit or debit card information.

  • The purchase can be paid by VISA/Mastercard credit or debit cards, or by choosing one of the following internet banks*:

          -> Latvian internet banks: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor
         -> Estonian internet banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
         -> Lithuanian internet banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
         -> Finnish internet banks: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
  • Payments are provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS.
  • The data on the amount to be paid will appear automatically.
  • NB! When using the internet banking payment method, confirm the order and click the "Return to merchant" button.

  • The item will be shipped within 1-3 working days after receiving the payment to the seller's bank account.
  • Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method, company and destination country (see DELIVERY section).  Delivery within Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania usually takes place within 1-3 working days after dispatch; to other European Union countries – within 4-15 working days after dispatch. In exceptional cases, we have the right to send the goods up to 45 calendar days, informing the Buyer thereof.
